OIL ON PANEL WITH PLASTIC, 80 x 80 cm, 2020
This work explores the challenge of capturing rotational movement within a surrealist landscape. The composition operates on two physical levels – the painted panel and adhered squares of varying sizes – creating a layered visual experience that addresses the multidimensionality of perception. Even when we observe a cloudless sky, invisible phenomena surround us: light rays, sound waves, air particles in constant motion. The undulating lines and floating geometric forms suggest this hidden complexity, reminding us that reality contains far more than what meets the eye. The assemblage technique reinforces this concept, adding literal depth to represent the unseen dimensions of our everyday world.
